Recording/Use License & Permission

Classical Gas is protected by copyright and can only be used with permission and proper licensing. If you are interested in recording, arranging or using a previously recorded release in advertising, video, film, television, internet or any other commercial application, you must obtain permission from Mason Williams and any other entities that hold rights to a particular release.

A request for MECHANICAL RIGHTS means that you wish to use the song for a download, stream, CD or record.

A request for SYNCHRONIZATION RIGHTS means that you wish to use the song in a visual production such as TV, film, video, or webcast or other online visible use.

A request for GRAND RIGHTS means that you wish to use the song in a play or theatrical production, as part of a live event, or as the title and/or concept of your production.

A request for ARRANGEMENT RIGHTS means that you wish to create your own unique arrangement.

A request for a MASTER USE LICENSE means that you wish to use Mason Williams' or another artist's recording in your own project.
